Our History
In February 2000, Gilberto Luy and his wife Rosa Vasquez de Luy founded the company Electro Integra SAC (EISAC) with the aim of providing consulting, design, development and related services to the mining, hydrocarbon and industrial electricity sector. The company that Electro Integra is today was founded on Mr. Luy’s vast technical expertise, combined with Ms. Luy’s administrative experience.
Over the last 20 years, EISAC has provided consulting services for electrical systems in mining, energy and industry, carrying out 47 specialized studies and trained more than 400 engineers in the use of ETAP software.
Our Team
Gilberto Luy
Technical Manager
Gilberto Luy is an Electrical Engineer from the University of British Columbia (Vancouver BC, Canada) with 40 years of experience in energy, design, installation and start up of large electrical systems in the private industry.
Mr. Luy's professional career is developed in the area of electronics, manufacturing and testing with companies such as Texas Instrument and Siemens.
He has held several management positions in the electrical maintenance area for the Peruvian mining industry, and was elected Director by the free clients in the Peruvian Economic Operation Committee of the National Electric System (COES).
As our foremost expert in the ETAP software, Mr. Luy has an astonishing 20 years of experience in the use and application of ETAP software, and is a certified Instructor by the Head Office in California.
Denis Alarcon Monteza
Project Engineer
Denis Alarcon is an engineer with a specialization in energy, and a graduate of the renowned UTEC University in Lima, Peru.
He has developed various projects within the electrical sector, including the implementation of a real time control and monitoring system (digital twin), applied to a power electrical system that securely and efficiently manages the electrical systems’ operation.
Before joining the Electro Integra team, he worked for Osinergmin in electrical projects development.
Flor de María Escudero
Administrative Lawyer
Flor de María Escudero, Legal Specialist, has a Master's Degree in Business Law with practice in competition and regulation from the University of San Martin de Porres (USMP) in Lima, Peru. Ms. Escudero has more than 15 years of experience in contracts and services in mining and energy.
Thanks to her analytical skills, high sense of responsibility, ethics and efficiency, she is an integral part of the Electro Integra team.
Flor de María, she actively participates in the corporate security of Electro integra for work with large mining companies in Peru and abroad.
Christian Pómez
Practitioner
Christian Pómez Energy engineering student. She is currently studying the tenth cycle of the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC). Throughout her academic and professional career, she has had the opportunity to participate in significant projects that have strengthened her skills and knowledge. During her period as an intern, she had the opportunity to work on an audit and energy efficiency project in lighting systems; analyzing electrical consumption, she has participated in university projects related to the design and measurement analysis of mechanical parts.
Yessica Avila
Commercial analyst
Yessica Ávila has a license in International Business Administration from the Universidad Católica UNIFE in Lima, Peru. She has a Dip DigM specialization. She has more than 8 years of professional experience in commercial and logistics management. Working with goals; achieving synergies and differentiation in social selling.
Thanks to her experience in previous jobs at INFOPARQUE and ANDECO, as well as her focused vision of service and focus on expansion, she allows her to be one of the main points of contact for our clients.
Maurizio Campos
Project Engineer
Maurizio Campos has a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering graduated from the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC) in Lima, Peru. Before joining the Electro Integra team, he carried out various photovoltaic projects in the residential sector and audits. In addition, he has knowledge of the Technical Standard for Quality of Electrical Services (NTCSE) and applications.
Sonia Luy
Development Manager
Sonia Luy de Langenbrink has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Saarland (Germany), a Specialization in Environmental Sciences from the University of Dudweiler (Germany), and a Bachelor of Biology from the University of Alberta (Canada).
Sonia's goal is to find sustainable solutions for the Peruvian market to solve environmental and social problems.
Sonia began her professional career working in Medical Marketing for La Roche Posay - L'Oreal based in Düsseldorf, Germany. Sonia held various management positions in the private sector in international companies in Germany and Luxembourg. Since 2006 she focused on the commercial expansion of Protein System in Europe, being in charge of operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
